Ceramic Foam Insulation Board is a new type of lightweight stone insulated decorative inorganic panels, which is mainly made with the tailings or powder of pearlite and sintered at 1200℃. 

After foaming, glazing makes the  both layers sintered seamlessly.

The glaze layer is 1~3 mm and the patterns can be made to resemble natural stones e.g marble, granite and sandstone.

The insulation layer is porous honeycomb structure, and closed-cell structure can effectively thermal insulation and reduce noise.

This product combines multiple functions, such as fireproofing, insulation, decoration, lightweighting, waterproofing, abrasion resistance and environmental protection.

-The thermal conductivity of the product is ≤0.065 W/(m·K).

-The product is of Class A non-flammable grade.

-The water absorption rate is 0.47%

-The product is lightweight and easy to install.
