MYREAL XPS Foam Board is mainly manufactured from polystyrene resin with a small amount of additives through a specialized extrusion process. During extrusion, the material forms a continuous closed-cell foam structure under high temperature and pressure.

XPS Foam Board features low thermal conductivity and high compressive strength and is widely used for building insulation applications. The board is also convenient for on-site cutting and processing.

The surface is specially treated to create a rougher texture, mainly to improve adhesion with cement mortar and adhesive materials.

Grooved / Fluted Surface

Embossed / Waffled Surface

The surface features parallel grooves that increase the bonding area. This type is commonly used for wall, roof, and underfloor heating insulation applications.

The surface features dots, grids, or other raised and recessed textures to improve mechanical interlocking and bonding performance.
