MYREAL Rock Wool Sandwich Board is made of select fine basalt as the core materials which is pulled into 4-7μm non-continuous fibers after melted by adopting advanced international four-roller centrifugal cotton-making procedures and adding a certain of adhesives, dust laying oil and water repellent into rock wool fibers. 

It can be made into products series with different density according to various uses through the technology of sedimentation, solidify, cutting and etc. different shape of foam products, but also can produce a variety of different thickness of foam board.

With high compressive and tensile strength, excellent hydrophobic and moisture proof property, Core Rockwool Material can be applied on all kinds of solid wall substrate such as masonry and concrete, and both suitable for new/expansion project and retrofitting project of existing buildings.

When a fire breaks out, the product's class-A non-combustibility and fire-proof performance can effectively prevent the spread of fire.

Bottom Facing

The top facing of the rockwool sandwich panel is manufactured from premium galvanized or pre-painted steel sheets, aluminum, or stainless steel. It provides excellent protection against weathering, UV exposure, and mechanical impact, ensuring the panel's durability and long service life. Various thicknesses, coatings, and colors are available to meet different architectural and industrial requirements.

The bottom facing is made from the same high-quality metal sheet materials as the top facing, offering additional protection and stability to the rockwool core. It safeguards the insulation layer from moisture, corrosion, and physical damage, while also ensuring a neat and durable finish on the interior side of the panel.
